  • 1 can (170g) tuna in water, drained
  • 1 can (540 mL / ~19 oz) lentils, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
