Paulina Bialek is a Registered Dietitian with a Master of Health Science in Nutrition Communication. She has clinical experience in areas including diabetes, kidney disease, and oncology, along with a background in healthcare business management.
Paulina is the Assistant Director, Creative for Food for the Future, a podcast and weekly radio show on Global News hosted by Peggy O’Neil. In this role, she contributes to shaping engaging, accessible conversations around food, nutrition, and sustainability for a broad audience.
An artist at heart, Paulina views food as one of her favourite creative mediums. She is passionate about the connection between food, creativity, and community — from cooking and gardening to exploring how food moves from the ground to our plates, how recipes and traditions are passed down through generations, and how food becomes an experience shaped by memories and shared moments with others.
Through her platform, Flourish with Food, she shares seasonal recipes and practical guidance, encouraging others to reconnect with food not only as nourishment, but as a meaningful, shared experience. She believes that when we slow down and engage with food more intentionally, we can truly flourish.
“By inspiring a deeper connection with our food system and the way we eat, I hope to empower others to make choices that will lead to nourishment and happiness.“
